Probing question

Hello people,
Where can I find info on how to tell EMC what IO pin to look for the probe
on?  I'm using minimill and I have wired my probe jack to pin 10 on the
parallel port - it's an input that didn't seem to be used so thats why I
picked it.  I've looked through the handbook and NIST sites and also my ini
file but haven't found much info yet.
