Thanks Will,
I tried typing in each line instead of going through a script. Each one
seemed to work fine except tkemc, the gui did not appear. If I killed
everything and restarted each line except for using xemc the gui did start.
Either way, I think it is a deaper problem because the tcl scripts like
"IO_Show.tcl" just give me an "Aborted" at the prompt when I try to run it.
As far as I understand, the emc stuff does not need to be running to use
these, is that right?
I can run regular tcl scripts (calling wish or tclsh) just fine. Are there
paths I should be changing in files before I compile to get tkemc to work
right?
