NT project files

Just incase anybody cares . . .



I have reorganized and checked into sourceforge the project/make files 
for Visual C++ 6.0.

* One problem was the Visual C++ doesn't like .cc for C++ files. ( I 
wrote a short .bat file in rcslib/etc/win32msc/ntsetup.bat that modifies 
the registry to change this.)

* The project files are in rcslib/ect/win32msc and several 
subdirectories and in emc/scripts/win32msc and subdirectories.

* run.bat is now in emc/scripts/win32msc but still has to be run from 
the top-level emc directory

cd emc
scripts\win32msc\run.bat

* I changed that script to use the tcl/tk gui instead of the java gui so 
to run it you will need tcl/tk available from www.scriptics.com but not 
java junk.


* I have put a new .zip file with the compiled demonstration binaries on 
the sourceforge FTP site.
