Paul,
you can now order a CD-ROM of the sources. Also you can download binaries
for Linux and win32. You are right about the libraries, but it has got
everything there. File systems, import / export for IGES and STEP; B-REP and
NURBS kernel models. Really all that is missing is the GUI and command set.
