HTML version of RS-274/NGC interpreter documentation

EMC group,

There's an HTML version of Tom Kramer's RS-274/NGC interpreter
documentation on our FTP site. This replaces a version from a few days
ago, and includes some minor revisions. It's at:

	ftp://ftp.isd.mel.nist.gov/pub/emc/ngcdoc.tar.gz

It uncompresses to a directory called "RS274NGC_3.web" with the HTML
files and a subdirectory with images. Do "gunzip ngcdoc.tar.gz; tar xvf
ngcdoc.tar" to unpack it (tar xzvf ngcdoc.tar.gz in one command should
work also).
