My guess would be that the directory setup has broken one of the 
symbolic links needed to find
Here is what I have:


shackle-at-feed> ls -ld /usr/include/linux
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root           26 Mar 14 08:16 /usr/include/linux -> 
../src/linux/include/linux
shackle-at-feed> ls -ld /usr/src/linux
lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root           17 Mar 15 09:47 /usr/src/linux -> 
rtlinux-2.0/linux
shackle-at-feed> ls -ld /usr/src/linux/include/linux
drwxr-xr-x   7 root     root         8192 May  5 09:40 
/usr/src/linux/include/linux

Can you run these ls -ld commands to find out which link you may be missing.
I vaguely remember that I had to change the one in /usr/src which used to point 
to linux-2.2.12 to  rtlinux-2.0/linux for some reason. Perhaps you need to 
change yours form linux-2.2.5 to rtlinux-2.2.
