This might sound a little simplistic but a starting point would be to
just mention what units are expected. It took me a few days to figure
out that "MAX_VELOCITY =" was in inches per second! I, as of right this
minute, do not know what units "PERIOD =" is expecting... There sure are
a lot of 0's after that decimal place in the default .ini file. Without
a clue what the units are it's like buying something with a foreign
currency without having any idea what the exchange rate is.
