Some parts of the ini file have been changing so fast that it is a
part-time job to keep up.  The software page on the emc site is a good
start.  The release notes also have some fairly good descriptions of some
new stuff as it comes along.  There have also been some real good posts
between emc and cad_cam.

I'd be willing to try to assemble a first draft but I can't start until the
middle of next week.  If someone else can sooner, go for it.  

If I get a draft done can someone else keep it up.  (read that maintainer)
