OK where is RT Patch 'release9J.tgz' on internet?

Right now we have the least trouble with the RH5.2 running linux 2.0.36.  

But there has been a lot of work to make EMC run with the linux 2.2.13.
Several are having success with this now and can help as you set up your
system.
