Is EMC and RTL2.2.13 viable?

Hi,

I need to reload my linux system anyway and escaping Red Hat 5.2 would
not offend me one little bit. In fact, it would be wonderful! So... Is
the Feb. 29, 00 EMC and RTL2.2.13 ready for prime time?

If so, is there a script install that works with this installation?

I have a disk with Mandrake 6.0 on it which uses the 2.2.9 kernel. Will
this upgrade to the RTL 2.2.13 kernel for EMC? So far I have preferred
the Caldera Openlinux distributions because they install without a hitch
of any kind on my system but if it won't work it won't work...

The bottom line is... Does EMC and 2.2.13 work?
