My plat/rtlinux_09J/bin directory is empty too. I think all the RT "binaries"
are in plat/rtlinux_09J/lib. There you should find a bunch of .o files that
are the loadable modules which are installed at run time by emc.run.

My system is identical. Do you get errors when you run ./emc.run?
