depends ... you could use  0.1Nm motors with suitable gearing, but it would 
be very slow ...

I'd go for something around 4Nm (I think thats around 700 Oz-in or horse feet 
per fathom or whatever those weird old units are) in NEMA 34 size ... and a 
modern hybrid design motor such as the Sanyo-Denki H-series, double stack. 
gear them with some toothed belts and you are done. 

Sanyo-Denki are USA made, but seem to be sold everywhere .. try
