Do you mean backlash compensation? There is a parameter for each axis
in the
xxx.ini file (where xxx may be emc, generic or some other name on your
particular system). The parameter is BACKLASH, and is in user units
(usually either mm or inch). So, if your backlash was known to be .05 mm,
and you had selected user units for mm, you would set BACKLASH=0.05
for that axis, and it should do it.
