http://www.linuxcnc.org/bdi/RPMS/rpm.html

Grab both the rcslib and emc packages and use :-

#> rpm -Uh emc-rtl3.0-2.18.i386.rpm rcslib-rtl3.0-2.18.i386.rpm

Once you have upgraded the packages, check your ini files and change 
STG_BASE_ADDRESS and PARPORT_IO_ADDRESS to IO_BASE_ADDRESS.
The other alternative is to go to www.sourceforge.net/projects/emc and 
download the CVS sources.
