I am going to write an EMC driver for the Computerboards PCI-DDA08/16 and
the Kaluga encoder board.  I was thinking that I should work against the
current code base.

Having said that, I have never used CVS before.  Is there a way to download
the whole package with cvs?  Sourceforge says that browsing the CVS
repository is a good idea, but it just made me more confused.
