Travis,

Try entering a G20 command to put EMC in inch mode and then see if you get
the proper motion out of your steppers.

If that works put the following lines in the emc.ini file:

; Startup codes for RS-274-NGC interpreter
RS274NGC_STARTUP_CODE =	G20

which will put emc in inch mode at startup.  I have had the same problem,
some one (Ray Henry I think) told me to enter G20 and the problem went away.
I had the problem on the earlier releases of the BDI, but it looks like your
emc.ini file does not contain the startup codes section.
