emc in polar coords mode?


greetings all:
i was told that i could run emc in polar mode. is this an un/documented
feature?
where do i begin to look for documentation on this? i do not recall this
anywhere.

i would like to build a device that would be used with r & theata.
anyone have any experience in this?

i will admit that i have been focusing on building a camtronics stepper
driver board and have not spent much time on emc.
