trying to compile emc on linux

hi

i've compiled EMC (latest from sourceforge, 2.1-16) with rtlinux 3.1.  the
way i did this was to copy rcslib/rtlinux_3_0.def to rtlinux_3_1.def, and
rcslib/linux_2_2_18.def to linux_2_2_19.def (change the rtlinux 3.0
definition in this to 3.1), and run ./install (which seemed to compile
fine).

however, when i try to run ./emc.run i get the following error. can anybody
help?  (the sim works perfectly)
