i had this problem just a bout a week a go......am using pro/E, i did some editing to the default post processor and i saved it in a new name....but the only thing that i couldn't do is getting rid of the line numbering...which for some reason is not working ....so i edited the file using EXCEL removing the line numbering and some M codes.....and its now working just fine.

How are people programing EMC? Are they manualy writing Gcode or are they using CAM programs?

If they are using a cam program is there a post processor that come close to outputting code that works with EMC.

I have tried code output with many different post processors using surfcam but nothing seems to work.
