I would like to help if possible.  Right now, I am just a user of EMC, but
would like to develop my own blend/interface for it as soon as I can learn
more about TCL/Tk.    Right now, I'm overbooked in the shop and would just
like a little time off to study the code.   I am actually using my CNC to
make money and could justify sinking some money back into a project to
develop it more.  Would it be possible to hire a programmer to help out
with some of the things that we would like to see done?  Not full time, but
as we need things done.  I would donate my portion in exchange for a GPL
license and a tax write-off.
