AUX IO not working

I still can't get the aux I/O to work. Using bridgeportio and IO_Show I can
see the e-stop bit toggle but can't get any response to spindle start,
coolant, mist etc. Using minimillio I don't even see the e-stop bit toggle.

The EMC is the BDI 2.04

GUI is tkemc

Also, what kind of parallel port cards work well with Linux and EMC on a
Pentium class machine? I have tried some old ISA multi IO cards to no avail.
I have only been able to use the built in parallel port.
