Tkemcex auto-man

I've been running Tkemcex with emc from bdi2-09.  The gui starts up in
manual mode with conditions, lube-off, spindle-off, spindle brake-on.  This
is great for start up but not so good when toggling back to manual mode from
auto or mdi modes.  For example:  when the spindle is running at 2000rpm in
auto or mdi and someone presses manual mode, the spindle is disabled but the
brake comes on instantaneously...this is not so good.  Also, the lube-on is
active when you go to machine-on in manual, auto, or mdi modes, but then
changes to lube-off if you toggle from auto or mdi to manual mode.  The lube
then remains off until the machine-on is toggled off and then on, or you
manually select lube-on...this is also not so good.

Ideally, in my case:
The spindle brake should always be off and only come on when manually
selected from manual mode.
The lube should always be on when in machine-on mode unless manually turned
off from manual mode.

I haven't taken the time yet to look at making the above changes for my
application, but I thought you might like to be made aware of these
potentially damaging conditions.
