CLEO in Baltimore last month.  That trip is getting to be a semi-annual ritual, and now I’m beginning to bring students as well!  I guess I’m pretty lucky that I have students who are interested enough in lasers etc. to make that kind of commitment.  Then again, I’m also very fortunate to have had the support of a number of companies in the photonics industry.  As I mentioned to you at the show, ThorLabs has been at the very head of that list from the beginning.
