Kernel Version, RT Linux Version, what EMC Version?

I'm wondering.... if perhaps my difficulties are stemming from the fact that
I'm using EMC code for 2.2.13 kernel and RT Linux 2.0.
I have 2.2.14 and 2.2 respectively up and running.
I am getting file missing errors and I'm using a tarball from NIST.  It's
really frustrating becuase it feels like the tarballs aren't complete.  I've
been playing with the 3 that are in the current directory.  Anyone have any
input?
