I'm not sure it is a good idea messing with the kernel headers - It might 
break something else that relies on them if you compile another program (or 
even the kernel). A better soloution would be to comment out the offending
#INCLUDE <string.h> line in rcslib/src/cms/rtlnml.c.

Try something like:
cvs co emc -D 11/1/2001
