Well if you can remember what you had in there, I have been
going to manual mode, re homing that axis, setting that axis
to zero 2 or 3 times, and then do a MDI command to the desired
offset, and setting that axis to zero (or whatever the offset was before)
again. That works for me, but you need to zero that axis at least
twice after homing.

Ok, Thanks, that worked. Also got rid of the .0001" increment value since I
never use it when jogging in manual. Now it cycles from .001" to 1" when I
hit the "I" key.
