I just finished a draft of a "hello world" style introduction to RCS.  I 
wonder if anyone would care to review it and give me some feedback.  I'd 
like to add it to the RCS docs somewhere if possible.  It's at:

     http://faculty.washington.edu/dmclane

then download rcshello.doc.
