No, this is the ppmc (parallel port machine controller)
designed by Jon Elson. jmelson-at-artsci.wustl.edu at the
instigation of
Matt Shaver   mshaver-at-erols.com

At present the board set is a motherboard capable of holding
multiple cards i.e one can add encoder ports in multiples of
4 and 16 bit +/- 10 V dacs also in 4's.
The motherboard interfaces with a IEEE-1284 compatible
parallel port using IEEE-1284 protocol.
Four port and 8 port versions of the software exist
compatible with EMC.
