You change the sign of the OUTPUT_SCALE (I think, it may be the
INPUT_SCALE). One handles the direction of the signal to the steppers, the
other handles the direction of the signal from the encoders. If using
STEPPERMOD you only need to change the one. If using FREQMOD you have to
change both. The one you want to change it the top one of the two in the
.ini file. It is the same value you change for setting the steps per unit
except you are changing the sign, not the value.
Sorry I am at work and don't have an .ini file to look at to give you a
definitive answer.
