It accepts IJK.  There is a problem in that it is VERY picky about the
precision of the centers of the arcs.  There is a simple fix to one of
the tolerances specified in a .h include file somewhere that relaxes
this tolerance to whatever amount you need to make your CAM
files run.  The other fix is to make your CAM program output
5 or 6 decimal digits for arc move coordinates.
