interpreter question

I've been looking thru the RS274NGC-V3 documentation but 
could not find any refrence to conditional operations
(IF,FOR,WHILE,etc) or conditional expresions (<,>,<=,>=,etc) 
for use with variables 
we use these quite a bit on the machines at work for program loops 
and part/cycle counts and I was wondering if they are being planed
as a language extension for version-4?
