I haven't yet taken the time to check out your new GUI, but I will try
to get "a round tuit" as soon as I can. In the mean time, I was
wondering if you'd seen my early ideas for a CNC GUI written in Java at:
http://users.erols.com/mshaver/emcgui.htm
If there's any ideas in it that you find appealing, don't hesitate to
use them. I can send you the source if you like, but I don't know if
that will help you. To use it, press Power, then Reset, then Home.
Select all 4 axes by clicking on them in the left hand column, then
press Home to zero them. You can do incremental jogs, and you'll want to
check out the background color change for Run and Pause. Also noteworthy
is the tab folder type widget in the center of the display.
Thanks,
Matt
