Hi All.

An all new and updated 3D backplotter has been commited to the CVS repository
as tcl/scripts/tkbackplot
 New features are zoom and 3 axis rotates without having to run the simulation
each time.
Data compression will be added, and the feasablity of solid suface and hidden
line removal is being looked into. Although, at this stage, it is debateable
if it is worth the extra computational overhead.
