Newer version of XmEmc in drop box

Instructions:

tar -zxvf XmEmc.tgz
XmEmc

This is an updated  stand-alone GUI that isn't hooked up
to anything yet being written as a replacement for xemc
with use of a touch-screen (or normal). Hold back on your
criticisms of the first version until you've experienced the new one.

Now is the time to send in your concerns, while I'm early in the
developement process.
