My PC pocket ref does not indicate any pin left unused, and no pin is
marked +5 V.  There are some pins that may be left at a logic hi
state, and could be used as pullup in some situations.  Pin 16 is
called INIT, and pin 17 is called select, and these might be high, but
you won't be able to get much current from them.  Maybe 1 - 2 mA
at 3.5 V or so.
