I started a Motif version of xemc

Emc Folks,

I just "commit"-ed my initial version of XmEmc to the
sourceforge/EMC.

It's under emc/src/emctask/XmEmc/ directory

Right now it's a stand-alone and doesn't connect to anything yet.
Just run make in the directory to build XmEmc and then run it.
It does require that you download OpenMotif in order to build.

Being that I just got started, it is an appropriate time to guide my
efforts with heavy (constructive) criticism. (e.g.,Why Motif when
we already have tcl/tk !? -- Motif is what I do best -- I'll gladly
convert to incr-tcl/tk once the look&feel is achieved)
