In fact, I added the folowing rmmods to the cleanup function in my own run
file.  I  didn't know how to make these a part of an if statement but they
work on my rtlinux-2.2 box.  

# Ray's remove the kernel modules test lines

  /sbin/rmmod mbuff
  /sbin/rmmod rtl_fifo
  /sbin/rmmod rtl_posixio
  /sbin/rmmod rtl_sched
  /sbin/rmmod rtl_time

I do get error messsages when emc starts that say that rmmod can't find
the modules.  I don't know how to make these generic like the install is.
