All-right!  There may be some truth in what you say about graceful deaths
and debugging systems in software.  You seem to know a lot more about those
things than I do.

You already got an offer from across town to help you set up a system so
let's see you put your time where your mouth is.  You could start by
matching any one of several of us hour for hour contributed to
development and testing of the EMC project.   

And we'll make it easy for you, not only to set it up on your pc or
machine tool, but to get into the software as well.  All you have to do is
sign up for sourceforge and openavenue and the world of concurrent EMC
control and documentation contributing is yours.

I hope the quantative aspect of this post doesn't lead to a credentials
measuring contest.
