Hi,

I have EMC compiled and working in simulation mode on a RH 6.2 box using
the prepatched 2_2_13 kernel.  The EMC simulator works fine but when I
attempt to start up the real system, I get the following message:

starting EMC MOTION PROGRAM --
steppermod.o...plat/rtlinux_2_3/lib/steppermod.o: invalid parameter
parm_PERIOD can't install it

What do I do about this?
