new url for the handbook

Dan and I have been working to get the handbook set up on openavenue.com
and as a part of the revised structure have created a new home directory
for it.

	linuxcnc.org/handbook 

If you have any bookmarks or links to locations deeper into what used to be
the cookbook, I recommend that for a while you set them to the handbook
directory itself or to the index.html for the directory from which the
stuff you are interested in is located.  

That sentence should be confusing enought so let me give an example.  If
you are interested in the real time install stuff it would be best to set
that url to

	http://www.linuxcnc.org/handbook/part1/software/rtlinux/index.html

because that is where the listing of all of the realtime stuff will be.

If you'd like to work some on the handbook, register at openavenue.net and
let us know your name there so we can set you up to upload your
contributions.  Don't worry about the look of stuff you might contribute.
We'll find editors for that.
