I sent Dan a tar ball of a bunch of revisions to the tk stuff. It should be
up on the dropbox this evening. It is built on the May 5 EMC release but
should work equally well on most of the releases from the last 8 months.
What you will get with the revisions is the ability to run scripts, both
from the tkemc menu and from the genedit file editor menu. And you can
popup a (public domain) version of backplot from the view menu of tkemc and
run it with the standard gui.
As usual, backplot will only work with open loop or simulated feedback
machines or in parallel with real axis motion. FIFW someone running servos
could simply leave the tool out and view the motion both on the machine and
on the screen.
I left out the subroutine script for now 'cause it has more kinds of bugs
than a cheap house of ill repute. I will continue to work on that.
