Tkemc users

gui update from emc-29-Feb-2000 release.

I sent three new files to the dropbox. http://www/linuxcnc.org/dropbox

tkread.txt - description
tkupdt.tgz - linux_2_0_36 bundle
tktest.tgz - no directory bundle

The new tkemc and genedit both have script menu features related to what
Fred recently suggested.  We need a few adveturesome folk to test this
concept and respond.
