Ditto on the steppermod not working but once I tried freqmod I didn't
really
care. It works much better on my machine than steppermod.

compare the ini file with your old one and watch for the sections that
specify
which rt platform you are using, they are all set up for non rt
platforms. change to
rt.9j or whatever it's called. it's in 3 or 4 areas throught the ini
file.
