I committed a small hack back in May that should have fixed the homing 
problem. I'll email Kutis direct and see if we can fix his too.

Just a couple of thoughts Kurtis..

 You are running the newly compiled code from a console window rather than 
the desktop icon (unless you copied the CVS stuff to /usr/local).
Watch out for STG_BASE_ADDRESS, this has been changed to IO_BASE_ADDRESS. as 
has PARPORT_IO_ADDRESS elsewhere in the ini file.
