 From the email account that you subscribed to the list, send an email to:

listproc-at-nist.gov

AND in the BODY of the email, type:

unsubscribe emc

Leave the subject blank.

If you are reading this and think you may want to unsubscribe at a later 
date, please print the email and permanently attach it to your right arm, :-).
