Windows users can use ghostscript to view .ps files...

First download and install ghostscript,
ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/AFPL/gs703/gs703w32.exe

then download and install ghostview.
ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/ghostgum/gsv41w32.exe
