Paul,

I don't mind hacking code, in fact I wrote the telephony subsystem in the
Linux kernel.  I just wondered if it was already configurable in the ini
file.  It appears some other things use an INDEX setting in the ini file for
that.  Maybe we should add configuration options for that as well.
