Hi Ray,

I have attached copies of the two relevant files which I have changed to add
fixed jogging keys for the A axis - Insert and Delete as up and down. You
may or may not want to put these in your distribution.
One 'problem' I have noticed is that G0 doesn't seem to work in MDI mode -
where would this be controlled from?
The 'bouncing' of the last couple of digits in the numeric display is quite
annoying and makes it a bit difficult to decide just where things are, Is
this maybe just a case of increasing the display refresh rate?
