I might put RH6.2 on another partition and see if there is less bleeding...

The installation of RTL3.0 went quite smoothly and then the pavement
ended...  I thought I got around most of bumps until the math lib problem.
Is there anyway of replacing the "development version" of gcc in Redhat7?
