I latest version of the interpreter,
to allow  the A B C axes you must compile the
interpreter_new sources with
/D AA, enables the A-axis
/D BB, B
/D CC, C

How did you do it? I tried to put an "A"-expression in my NC-File and it
didnt
work in the may2000-release. I got an interpreter-error.
